My favorites

These are my favs from the last Sephora sale. They are still the products I can’t live without.

SKINCARE

Drunk Elephant – Basically Everything

I am obsessed with Drunk Elephant. Their Baby Facial was my gateway drug and am now hooked. I am in love with the whole line, but here is my list of mush haves.

T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ AHA + BHA Mask – This is basically my Sunday night do-over. 20 minutes and my skin is softer, brighter and tighter! And since you only use it once a week it lasts forever.

C-Firma™ Vitamin C Day Serum – This product gets things done. I understand why it gets all the acclaim that it does. It is highly effective at firming and brightening and helps with dark spots. It definitely has a shelf life and is most effective in the first 3 months after opening it. So get a smaller size if you aren’t as good at your skincare routine. (or stick it in your skincare fridge)

T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Resurfacing Night Serum – This AHA/BHA night serum is another product that I saw results for pretty quickly. It takes dull tired skin and brings it back to life. You can feel a slight tingle, but that means it’s working!

Virgin Marula Luxury  Face Oil – A small version of this fabulous oil comes with the Baby Facial. It’s just enough to get you hooked. I can never get enough moisture and this does the job. It is pricy and I have tried The Ordinary’s version of Marula Oil. They are both 100% Marula Oil – the difference is how it is extracted. I have been trying both. I like the DE version better, but can’t quite tell you why. Both versions are pretty awesome.

Protini™ Polypeptide Moisturizer – This is a great everyday moisturizer that does everything aging women want and it has a fabulous pump so you don’t have to dig your fingers in it!

I could go on and on because all the products are that good. I am dying to try the C-Tango™ Vitamin C Eye Cream, it is already in my cart. If you are curious enough to give it a try, The Littles are a good place to start. It contains most of their everyday products with enough for 2 weeks. Perfect to figure out what you love!

The Ordinary

The Ordinary – Hyaluronic Acid

If you haven’t heard of The Ordinary by now, you need to check it out. High-quality products without a high price tag. Sadly I am one of those people who feels like you get what you pay for, but The Ordinary is basically the “no-frills” airline of the skincare world. You may not get extra fancy ingredients or fancy labels, but you will get quality skincare.

BEAUTY

I am not a big make-up wearer, but the truth is I am a middle aged woman, and even well maintained skin needs a little umph once in a while. Here are a few I am dying to try.

Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 Foundation

I pay a lot of attention to products getting a lot of beauty buzz and Ilia keeps popping up on my radar. I have been waiting for this sale to give it a try – stay tuned.

Bobby Brown Shimmer Brick Highlighter

The bronze shimmer brick is a must-have and I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t already have it in your arsenal. It does a great job of adding some color during the winter months and the top brick is great for highlighting. I use it in the corner of my eyes.

TOOLS

Skincare Fridge

I know you are probably thinking why on earth would I need a skincare fridge – but you really do!!! Powerful skincare usually has a shelf life and keeping it in the fridge can keep it fresh and effective. Also, cold tools and products are fabulously soothing especially for puffy eyes! If you have to run to the kitchen every time you wash your face, well … that won’t happen.

Gua Sha Facial Lifting Tool

I have not tried this yet, but am dying to. My biggest problem is puffiness and I am hoping this will help. It’s a good thing to keep in your new skincare fridge.

De-Puffing Rose Quartz Eye Treatment Tool

Another one I want to try for my puffy eyes

HEALTH

HUM Vitamins

I love love HUM Vitamins and will share with you all soon why I make them a part of my daily routine. Normally I would recommend buying them through HUM’s own site, but since there is a sale going on it’s a good time to try them out!

My favorite vitamins. The Sephora Sale
